People of all ages, backgrounds and phases of life come together at King’s Hastings to worship God and grow in our faith together. All welcome.
Our Sunday meetings are family-friendly, informal and relaxed. They take place at 10am at the Hastings Centre, The Ridge, TN34 2SA (opposite the Conquest Hospital). We start with a time of lively worship. After this we share some news about what’s going on or coming up at King’s, and then we hear a talk presenting teaching from the Bible.
We run three children’s groups every Sunday, providing activities for 0-4s, 4-7s and 7-11s. These groups aim to give the children a really fun time while learning about Jesus. On some Sundays, some of our youth (12-18s) will have their own group during the talk.
Paul and Chloe both grew up in Hastings and have been part of our church for many years. Paul leads the church, bringing experience in commerce from his previous career in the building industry. As a couple, they are passionate about the church being actively involved in the local community. Their four boys keep them very busy, though Paul still finds time to support Gillingham FC and Chloe runs her own nail business.
There are several ways in which you can become part of the King’s Hastings family, from Connect Groups meeting in people’s homes during the week to serving on a Sunday team or in one of our mid-week activities. We’d love to help you connect with others in the church, building meaningful relationships and growing in your faith together. Please visit the Info Desk on Sundays to find out more.
